Today marks the release of vaultboy's latest single ahead of his debut album (coming out on May 10th), with a track titled "you're my moon". The sombre yet beautiful song from vaultboy talks of finding a light in the darkness in the form of a lover and likens them to the bright presence of the moon. Lyrics such as 'pulling me north when my mind goes south' metaphorically depict the magnetic force someone can have in your life - just like the moon.

The visualizer sees vaultboy standing in darkness but under the beam of an LED umbrella - another metaphor for the light in the darkness theme throughout the song.

This track acts as the 5th pre-release single from his upcoming album "everything and nothing" (set for release on May 10th) and follows previous singles such as "closer (feat. salem ilese)", "where tf have you been?", "everything, everywhere (feat. eaJ)" and "everything hits me at once". The 12-track album is highly anticipated by vaultboy fans and will release 4 days before he embarks on his world tour, kicking off in London on the 14th.
