As announced last week by Hollywood Records, Sillkey and Jacob Banks have once again joined forces, this time for two tracks set to appear in the new 'Genius' anthology series. Tracks 'Jericho' and 'Call It Love' by Jacob Banks (co-produced and co-written by Sillkey) stand as the first two songs on the soundtrack's EP.
For the fourth return of the Emmy® Award-winning drama, the story will follow the lives of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X, exploring their formative years and the way they both ended up shaping their identities to become the 'change they wished to see in the world'. Taking to Instagram a few days ago, National Geographic (the channel the series is set to premiere on) stated just how significant Banks' song "Jericho" is to the series:
