Linden Jay co-writes ‘Learning’ by Jordan Rakei

Fast Friends' Linden Jay co-writes "Learning" by Jordan Rakei, released via Decca. An unhurried, soulful reflection on growth and new fatherhood, it was written with Rakei and Mike Lesirge.

On the song coming together, Linden says:

It may sound like a big statement but this is probably one of my favourite songs I’ve ever written. We wrote this in half a day on the first day we met over some chords I’d been holding onto for years waiting for the right moment to present itself. Jordan has always been one of my favourite voices and I can’t believe this is our first release together.

"Learning" is a single from Rakei's acclaimed album "The Loop," recorded at London's RAK Studios. It's a tender showcase of the songwriting chemistry between Rakei and Linden Jay.
