grentperez kicks off a new era with "boy that's loving you," the lead single from his forthcoming 2026 EP "g00se." A guitar-led, romantic and intimate number, it's a warm reintroduction to the bedroom-pop charm that broke the Western Sydney singer-songwriter worldwide.

The single opens a monthly rollout building towards the "g00se" EP, and arrives with an official music video. Out now via Fast Friends.

The track is written by grentperez with James Wong, who also produced it under his Gladius alias.

"Boy That's Loving You is a song of comfort and compassion, to be alive in love, yearning to be immersed in every moment of another person's being. I remember writing this song during one of my first trips overseas — I recall waking up from a bad dream, being away from home I was missing the feeling of cheeky puppy-love sleepovers, visualising those first mornings waking up together, hotel stays, imagining we live together, anything to just be close to one another.
